A guy I know in Raleigh bought a HCH late last year. He really wanted a Prius, however he got in accident and totaled his previous car and couldn't afford to wait, so he bought a HCH instead of a Prius. The few times I have compared notes with him, he seems to get about 5 mpg less than I do with comparable driving.

Even though it is not as good as a Prius, it is still far better than most everything else out on the road.

Well if you look at the Prius and HiHy numbers. The net hp they list in the brochure is taking the ICE's hp plus the battery hp.

    Thanks for the pictures, Danny.

Question: have they turned it into a hatchback? It's difficult to tell with the Prius-like slope on it.

I suspect not, but am curious.

Nope, still looks to me like a normal closed-off trunk space. I think after the hatchback disaster that the latest Generation Si was, Honda's going to lay off the hatchback's for a while.
