Horrible Customer Service @ PriusChat Shop

    I have called and emailed several times and have not received ANY response from the PriusChat shop. What in the heck is going on? Is this how PriusChat treats their customers?

    Yes, you did respond to those. I should have clarified better. I used the "Contact us" option on the webpage time time later for a problem relating to the item in the email. Either that did not go through, or it slipped through the cracks on your end. I did, however, follow up with no less than 4 phone calls to the 1800 number that received no responses.
