How do you keep cats out of your raised garden bed?

My Aunt from PoCo claims she has never seen one in BC. She was born and raised in Manitoba, so already knew what they are

The Pine Marten is a cute little creature, but absolutely deadly to smaller creatures. That's fine with me, as squirrels and mice/rats cause a lot of damage to a place. Not to mention being filthy, unhygenic things.

Now compared to a Tasmanian Devil, that creature gives me the chills. Just the noise it makes
