How many owners drive their Prius with toddler or infant?

We have the M1A1 bought it second hand at a great price. MPGs suck on it though but never have trouble parking, car in the way we just drive on top of them.

Now to honestly answer the OP. One of the reasons we purchased our 04 Prius this past June was to replace our 95 tracer station wagon. One of the reasons we went with the Prius was my wife and I felt it was actually a safer vehicle for our children, one of the selling points to me were the side impact air bags where the children sit. Thank G-d we haven't gotten into any type of accident so never had to see just how good the car handles. My only concern is the 04 traction control is just too sensative in the snow. I need to find out if the ECU has been reflashed but to the 06 programs but I'm sure dealer will charge $100 just to check. Ryan
