How much did u pay 4 your P*? Any recommendation? L.A. area

To: bjmick - You need to come to Illinois! After seeing it at an auto show in Davenport, Iowa, we went to Pekin, Illinois and drove one and then to Galesburg, IL (30 miles away from us) and drove one there. The next day, Feb. 18th, we bought it at Bob Lindsay Toyota in Galesburg. They had two more coming in shortly in different colors, but we loved the Millennium Silver and figured "a bird in hand.......", so weren't about to wait. I'm surprised there is still such a long wait when there seem to be "plenty" here. We paid the sticker price....no discounts. Your trade-in is the only negotiable item, probably. Ours wasn't good, being a 1995 Buick, 99,600 miles, with the a/c shot. Driving our Prius is like a sport car compared to all the years we spent with Buicks - we really love it!
