Does anyone know how deep water has to be to damage a Prius II. We have some low water bridges that always have a constant, usually shallow, stream flowing over them. How deep can the water be without damaging the electrical components or anything else?

probably 3-4" would be safe, i would go slowly. if you don't know the depth, don't drive through, that's where people get into trouble. if it's up to the bottom of the car, it's probably not a good idea. iirc, there's a warning in the manual somewhere.

Besides what Bisco says, you don't want water invading the exhaust system, wheel bearings, or anything electrical. (Water in the engine air intake or the transmission would be much worse, but is less likely.)
