how to change personal interior lights on 2012 Prius V?

    I need to change the bulb (burned out) for the personal interior light - the one near the rear view mirror. The owners manual has no information on how to do that replacement. I tried to pop out the lens cover by prying out with screwdriver. That worked but doing that broke off the hinge on the lens cover so I'll need to replace that. Anyway, I tried to remove the bulb in order to get in replaced. It could not be turned or popped off. The bulb assembly broke off and is now inside and cannot access it. Has anyone successfully changed their interior lights?

    It's been a while. Unfortunately, I don't recall how I did it. I put in cheap $10 for 10 LED's that I got off of Amazon.

    Some photos might help me recall.
