Just below the actual arm rest the door panel is pushing in, as their is no longer any support. I know somewhere I saw a video on how to fix this but cant find. Any help ? Thanks?

    Interesting.
How/ what caused it to be pushed in?

I could imagine egress with the drivers knee pushing on the door panel.

I have no lead to the video the OP mentions.

Yet I can say that many car door panels/ cards I have removed have Styrofoam backings.
Once the panel is removed some inspection would be called for.
Perhaps inserting some Styrofoam blocks or replacement of some failed OEM Styro will be a fix?
PS if adding Styro, pay attention to squeak/ noise reduction.

If the door card cracked/ broke some super epoxy and a brace may be another fix.

    Good luck.
