How to get better MPG ?

    I drive 46 miles one way to and from work. I hypermile as much as is safe on the California freeways 118. / 404 / 5 , I run about 45 lbs in my tires And stay off the brakes.
    I am buying new wheels that weigh 10.6 lbs and will run the same stock tire.
    WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
