How to protect Prius front from rock and bug strikes?

    What if you were to "mold" the screen to the contour of the nose of the car? You could buy a few of the pipe insulation tubes (or noodles) to keep the screen roughly 2" above the car's surface. Run the tubes from front to rear to maintain as much aerodynamics as possible. This nosecone would cover down to the bottom of the bumper, with the insulation tubes holding it up, and bungee cords with a modified hook to attach to where the doors meet the fenders.
