How to replace light bulb of the rear signal light of Prius Prime 2018?

    Hi.
    How can I replace the light bulb of the rear signal of Prius Prime 2018? The Toyota service advisor told me that they need to remove the entire rear bumper to get access to the signal light fixture (cost $400 to $500). Really?
