How to replace third brake light?

    The third brake light on my ‘07 doesn’t work anymore. I checked the fuse and it looks OK. So it appears I need to replace the light.

    My question is, do you have to remove the spoiler to replace the brake light? Because when I unscrewed the light, I could not pull the wirings out to get to the plastic plug.
