How to set up scantool OBDii 10.30.29

ODBII scan set up for 10.30.29 and probably others on this site as well.

Here's the link I used to set up the scan tool on my windows vista computer since it didn't come with instructions and wouldn't work fresh out of the package. It doesn't work perfectly but does work and I noticed there are also some fixes as well.
