How to turn on the low gas warning beep tone?

    My friend has older Prius model. His beep when the gas is low and mine is not. I checked all options in the menu and couldn't find it. Please help!

    i don't think it's an option. have the dealer check it while it's still under warranty. sometimes, they are so quiet, you can barely hear it. especially with wind noise or the radio on.
