Say, I think I know someone named Tia in Seattle. Maybe it's a common name, but I've only ever met one. Do you own a software company? If you are the Tia I know, we met at Mountain Trek.

I was wondering the exact same thing. Does anyone have a answer to this question? I ordered the EV switch a few days ago and can't wait to tinker around with it. Would be nice if I could travel up to 42 mph on the EV switch. Maybe I'll send an email to Dave :)

While EV mode will, indeed, cancel at 34mph, you CAN stay in Electric only mode up to 42mph, but the power needed to do so is usually great enough that it doesn't make sense to 'force' it to stay in EV that high.

Believe Dave can't reprogram the Hybrid ECU.
The motor efficiency is lower at higher speed. A keyword is "Back EMF".
    Please try to google it.
