How/What Does the Prius' CPU(s) "Learn?"

I was reading the Facebook page where the experts answer questions and read some answer mentioning the 'learning' feature. I asked about it and the experts sent me to this thread. The topic even when it's 6 years old still valid. Up to this point I have not seen any proof about the learning capabilities of the Prius other than some quotes from the user manual explaining how the MPG is calculated using historical data to make it more 'accurate'.

There is nothing considering:
1- the drivers
2- weather
3- terrain
4- Tire air pressure and probably sizes and type

So it's nothing like your Prius becomes more efficient because it learns from your driving habits or anything like that. It just gives you a more accurate estimate of the MPG you are getting.
