Hi forum. Took a test run after installing hybrid assistant. Looks like I have some cells which have diminished based on % of time at low voltage.

What do you all think? Trying to determine if I should budget a cell replacement or used battery at some point. Thanks.

Actually I didn't run the test accurately the first time. I followed the instructions as per the hybrid assistant website the second time around. Started with ~63.5%SOC and allowed the battery to drain with the AC set to low, defrost on and headlights on until -~39% SOC (two bars). Results attached. Looks OK to me.

Mpg ok, avg about 45mpg. But we live in a hilly area. 180k miles. No codes, but occasional cyl2 misfire registered by Torque, not severe enough to trigger CEL.

I know some folks in the bay area that has a grid charger to balance charge the pack, it's only a small sum to pay to get in and it's definately worth it because it beats buying an entire grid charger and your HV will last longer because you only have one cell within .3 volts.

All it takes is a harness purchase and then talking nicely to @SFO and @The Critic and maybe they’ll let you in:).

I had good luck with the Prolong setup on our 2010;).

Good luck and keep us posted (y).
