2017 Prius C with 107,102 miles. Bought new. Has been maintained by a Toyota dealer since new.

Today the Hybrid Battery Level never reaches "full" .... it remains about 3/4 full when viewed in Eco Score screen (after driving 30 miles at 60 mph). It used to go up/down as I drove the car, but now it does go up/down but never gets full.
What does this indicate ..... a failing Hybrid Battery? Any help would be appreciated.

If it maintains a charge near where you have it in the photo (6 bars), it's working perfectly fine. The car leaves a buffer at the top part of the battery to capture brake regen or if you go down a steep hill within the city. If it was full, then you would be using the friction brakes.

    So it's working normally.
