My daughters 2015 Prius had her check engine light, and every other thing light up just as she turned down her street. She got super lucky she was able to get just a couple hundred feet to a parking spot in front of her place. I slapped on my OBD2 scanner and got P0A1A, P0A94, P0C3A, P0C3F and P0000. I'm hoping that it is just the temp sensor that is then throwing the other codes. Any idea of the cost if the inverter/converter has to be replaced?

you can get salvage cheap, because they hardly ever fail. are you using a proper prius diagnostic scanner?

What is a "proper" prius scanner? I used an Innova 3030e.
Update: Toyota replaced for free, it appears it was part of a recall. But of course they found something else wrong with the car, timing cover leak.

Yeah, you can ignore that. They all leak, but don’t lose any oil.
    And big bucks to repair.
