Hydraulic Control system malfunction Code, C1214

    Guys,
    My 3rd gen prius V 2010, ABS/VSC Traction lights On, Get the DTC code C1214 in scanning, remove the code but it again appeared after 3 days, Can anyone help me what could be the reason, Mechanic is telling you have to change front brake pads.
