Hymotion "flashing LED" error codes

Hi all

My Hymotion pack died years ago. Recently got into the pack and found a bad cell that I isolated. The 13.2V pack (of 44 cells) is all soldered together and is very difficult to get into. I added a new cell externally, ballanced the pack, grounded pack to the vehicle ground, hooked the buss connector to the buss connector in the trunk of the car, and as soon as that was done I received an eleven pulse error code at the on/off switch control and the charger did not turn on when plugged in . Sounds like the original fault took out the charger, but it would be great if someone knows the codes. Thanks-

PS I will check with ericbecky next. WB9K helped me out before, but I have not been able to get hold of him lately.
Finally, this pack has danger written all over it, experienced Techs only.

 

Mine stopped working a few days ago. 7 blinks. Any ideas?
