I DID IT!!!

    I got it working!!!!!

    I went back and looked at the connections and the pin was not inserted all the way. I pulled it out easily with gentle pressure. I then found a smaller screwdriver and pushed it in again at least 3mm further then I did last time. This time it did not pull out easily.

    When I tried this time it all worked perfectly, the screen switched, no ICE, and 3beeps and ICE at 34 mph.
