I need to replace these undercar splash guard/shield but I don't know what they are called exactly to buy the correct part. Can someone kindly tell me what they are called, and better yet, a link to buy the correct replacement? It's the part circled in red.

    Thanks in advance!

IIRC, the "part" is what you've circled, plus the continuation, the plastic liner that goes all the way around the wheel well. There's a "bolted" connection between the two, but it's considered a single piece. And trust me, after a few years, those bolts are solid lumps of rust: try to unscrew them and the bolt heads snap off.

You should be able to find the part on online sites, like McGeorge Toyota Parts (US), or Amayama (International, sourcing through Japan or UAE).

A junkyard might be best since you get a factory part for a fraction of the cost. You may be able to replace only that piece. Aftermarket covers exist and are cheaper but they are flimsy. Having the right pushpins and bolts is 2/3 of the solution.
