If there was a new color added, what would you want it to be?

I saw a silvery/light blue Prius the other day, I guess it was an earlier gen.. that was a nice shade. Those copper/browns that have been posted would look good too.

I am a fiend for purple, but it would probably have to be pretty dark to not look tacky.

    That would be Seaside Pearl.

Light sky blue (I've seen some new Toyota Camrys with this color) or bright shiny purple would be nice!

I think it actually is called Sky Blue on the new Camry (Catalina Blue on the Gen 5 Camry).

I wonder if people will like the Iceberg Silver Metallic (light purple) that's available in Japan.

    Mmm...purple!. :D

A deep, dark red, like Maroon or Burgundy, with a black undercoat or even a black fleck - like a metallic, but opposite.

And green would seem an obvious choice - not limey or bright, more like a British Racing Green, with a gold metallic fleck.

Or just chrome the whole thing.

I'm w/ the Seaside Pearl group, though Lexus Matador Red or Verdigris Mica would be good options as well.

Bring back Salsa Red which was available on the '04 and '05.

Add a dark green which was available on some of the Gen1 Prius models, or the Spruce Mica which is available on the Camry.

A nice tone of green! How come one of the greenest cars on the market not have a green color option? Pathetic!

That metallic orange would be my choice too. A yellow might be interesting as well.

#1: Iceberg Silver Metallic has been my #1 choice for a long time now (wasn't it also on the Gen II Prius in Japan?).

Personally, I don't call that color "light purple". In the States I think most people would call it "periwrinkle".

#2: Light olive green metallic -- like that on the Honda CRV before this year.

#3: Some classic, retro, solid, non-metallic color like British racing green, yellow or orange.

maybe baby purple or baby blue with a hint of purple?

The Gen II had Light Purple metallic and i think it was with the S 10th anniversary edition.

As you can see, it's more blue than purple (colour code 8K2) but the description is Light Purple Metallic
