Hey galaxee, I'm too lazy to decode your molecule. What is it? Caffeine? Ethyl Alcohol?

And Bill's 1,000th will be made Christmas Eve morning (probably). He could use some therapy, after all he's been through (pictorially, at least) this week.

Perhaps electric shock. Thorazine, at least.

I was thinking he should take 2 aspirin and call himself in the morning! :D

I think Dr. Phil would be the best solution.

50 degrees? I assume that's a high? We had 36 at 6:30 this morning and yesterday.

Well, if you have voicemail, you can leave yourself a message. Only problem is, you can never return your call.

I too am addicted to the block heater, and I don't want any drugs. I am unrepentant and proud of it. Now if I could get the hospital to put a plug in the parking lot! I an jealous that you have a pug at work! After this cold snap I hated starting the car up in the evening. 87 F after the thermos dump. The agony.

Sounds as if a twelve-step program might be the answer.

    ;)

I'm with Henry and Evan, I want plugs every where and I plug in all the time I can. Those of you that don't have this affliction are the ones that need the help ( to boost your mileage ) and I don't feel sorry for us, I feel sorry for you. To bad, we win!

Ok Evan's a bit "sicker" than I am. I used the block heater and it kept my mileage the same, start to finish. Sorry Evan.

at least your spouse didn't decide to take your dash apart at 2:30am in the cold, and decide the best procedure for doing so was to warm up the car first so the dash pieces didn't crack.

locked prius, running constantly, for about 40 minutes, heat on max hot. i went from 43 (also a low because he had it the first 3 days after the fillup) down to 40.2.

40.2??? that bugs me but i'm due for a fillup in a couple days anyway.

what would you guys have done if you saw THAT going on? or would we be better off not knowing?

    haloperidol for everyone...

With all this talk about block heaters, I think I need to get one.

It's been in the high 60's every morning for a week! :D
