Immobilizer not letting the car start after trans swap

    can someone please help me? There is a back sensor on the fire wall side of the transmission. There are two female plugs, I know where the once plugs in in the 12:00 position, but I cannot find a plug that goes in the side one. Does anyone know where that plug comes from? I cannot see it. Any help? Thanks.

    I am looking at the manual and I don't see that anything plugs into this. Can anyone verify so I can put it back together?

    Here is the sensor removed. I know what goes in the top connector, but what about the connector on the side?.
