I just drove from Cleveland OH to Phoenix AZ in my 09 Prius with 200k+ miles, when I was going through Kansas I floored it for a while on level ground and burned out my gasket between the manifold and cat, had no back pressure to the engine and acceleration had become pitiful. I was afraid to floor it up the mountains because of a rattling that would start when I tried accelerating too hard. I drove another 10 hours like that to Phoenix and had the spring and gasket replaced the next day, but since then my acceleration hasn't improved, though the rattling is gone the engine is now rapidly reving up and down in a small range of rpm when I try to accelerate no matter the battery level. The engine power is so bad I'm afraid I won't make it out of the valley, could it be something as simple as bad spark plugs or a hole in the manifold? Or something worse? Please help! I apologise for the short story, I'll be posting the codes later today

The story (your trip, location, etc) irrelevant.

Just post the codes, otherwise its a guessing game.
Could it be spark plugs? Maybe. But there would be codes.
Possibly the HV Battery. But there would be codes.

    Popped all the following codes:
    P1116
    P0420
    P1121
    P1123
    P3193
I ran out of gas a while ago so I guess the last one isn't relevant

The gasket between the manifold and the cat doesn’t just burn out for no reason. It’s there with the springs as a safety bypass in case the exhaust gets clogged. I’m guessing you might need a new cat.
