    Hey Guys,

So my ABS VSC Check Engine lights are all on, and when scanned there’s codes coming up, as well as the car won’t start. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi and welcome to PRIUSchat.

If you have all those lights on, there are corresponding codes associated with each of the systems those lights represent. The fact you are reporting no codes means the scan tool you are using is too basic to interrogate the systems.

The first order of business is to get a better scan tool.

The reasons for the ABS, VSC, and ((!)) lights can be retrieved even if you have no scan tool handy at all, just by using a short jumper wire between the Tc and CG terminals of the car's diagnostic connector, and counting blinks of those lights. A quick search of this forum will turn up more details on that.

And you do not have the red triangle? If that's the case more than likely you have a problem in the part that's hard to get the ABS pump and accumulator they'll be some low pressure reading somewhere probably or if you've noticed the ABS pump whining a lot more lately when you shut the car off start it use the brakes what have you when you shut the car off with the hood up turn the car on turn the car off when the brake pump stops making noise listen carefully if you have a mechanic stethoscope and have it at the ready you can use your mechanic stethoscope to probe that accumulator pump and listen for hissing which would be kind of like leaking down not good will set the codes if you have a good brake pedal i've been driving under the same conditions as you for over a year
