    Depends on the manufacturer, some will give the tax credit in your lease, some won't like Toyota and Chrysler.

    Well, that's a valid point, but the V was getting to the point where it needed some expensive work that I didn't want to pay for. And it was only worth $10k due to the excess mileage. I did not want to pay $22k for a car worth $10k.

    I can see that. It's the excuse ... errr ... reason why I traded in my '05 on the PiP sooner than I would have liked.
