under the hood, there is a fusebox (see the manual) remove the cover and see the jump start positive terminal.

Maybe it would help to know why you replaced the battery in the first place. There may have been a pre-existing reason for it not starting. What were the symptoms that lead you to believe that needed a new 12v battery?

Try reading the whole string. Post #9 pretty much answers your question.

I think your past loose battery connections. Quick test for that is do the headlights work?

Next logical step is to get the check engine light codes pulled using an OBDII code reader to see why the engine is not starting. There will be several. Not sure how you are going to accomplish that as the car is likely dead in your driveway. This may incur a tow to the dealer and or purchasing a vci/obd hybrid code reader so you can pull them yourself.

Whenever the codes are read please post them back here including the subset codes:

    XXX-XXX

Usual causes for no ICE start are:

    No fuel as previously stated
Completely clogged throttle body (especially if never serviced in its life)
    Dead Hybrid battery
Transmission failure where MG is unable to spin up to spin up engine to start
Or somehow blown fuses that support engine ecu or battery ecu
    Damaged ecu's

The cel codes will point you in the right direction.

The fact that this event is coupled with a jumpstart does not bode well. Hundreds of posts reporting major $$$ damage to a prius upon jumpstart. Either reversed polarity or inducing big current spike usually destroying the Inverter.
