    Actually, I think the University of Wisconsin has a running EV-1 (electric). They replaced the drivetrain with other than original parts. They are not allowed to drive it on public roads but it does work.

    But... I thought that when GM went through bankruptcy, that all it's old contracts and legal stuff went to the old company and the new company couldn't be held liable. Doesn't that mean that these contracts/agreements are no longer valid either????? :rolleyes:
