Interior lights not switching off when locking.

    Hi

    About 3-4 times now I've needed to get help to start my car after an interior light had been left on overnight on my 59 reg prius.

    Is there a way for the interior lights to be turned off when the car is locked?

    I don't have auto lights.

    unfortunately, this has been a long standing problem to which i have seen no solution.

    i would recommend carrying a jump pack, or not using the interior lights. possibly a battery operated light when you need one if the car is off.
