I’m getting intermittent red triangle with beep and also heat blows hot intermittently. And there’s also high temp warning on MFD. But no check engine light - no engine noise or knock.

My brother overfilled the oil and drove with it - I’ve just replaced it and it’s now within the normal level.

Its 12v was replaced a few months ago. And the inverter coolant have turbulence.

The coolant overfill was almost empty added some more coolant.

Im not sure what could be the problem. Is there way I could pressure test the coolant system? Or any other tests?

You should actually check the coolant at the radiator, not the overfill/reservoir. The radiator cap is under the front engine cover

And while you can check in the overflow bottle any time (it's not pressurized), do not loosen the radiator cap except when the engine is fully cooled down.

Close off the loop - it didn’t notice it was missing serpentine belt. I don’t know how I missed it. After $28 OEM serpentine belt it runs fine.

Good find! Might want to just replace the pulley for the belt- it's probably original and might not go too much longer.
