Hi my Prius C 2012 One inverter gone bad. New is too much, trying to find an used one. My mechanic says is model G9200-59065 but the ones listed in Ebay for that car is G9200-52010 and says the 7 and 8 Vin Number digits are B3 like mine. Can find any used with my specific number. Do you know if this work or where to find that inverter? Thanks

An answer to an old post, for posterity, maybe.....

G9200-52010 is printed on the inverter's label for the 2014 C One I have.

G9200-52010 does not seem to be available new anywhere. Does not appear on any diagrams either.

amayama.com does not recognize G9200-59065 for my VIN in a direct search, although in a search starting with G9200-59065 it says it fits, once I locate it in the diagrams. I find that interesting. In all cases, the VIN test fails for my 2014 for the *65 part number.

USA dealerships recognize G9200-59065 for my VIN and it's available for sale. It supersedes G9200-59015, G9200-59035 & G92A0-52020 according to the USA dealerships.

    G9200-59015 & G9200-59035 can fit my VIN according to amayama.com, where *35 subs *15.

I found local USA prices for *65, *35 and *15. From what I can gather, it's better to mail the car to the seller of the new inverter and have them ship out the inverter to me afterwards. Later on I will figure out how to get a car again. Bartering at that point would be feasible. *65 has the lowest cost at $2.2K.

What is the difference between all part numbers? No idea.

So far my *10 inverter seems to be OK: No codes, etc.

Today I decided to search for a while just for the fun of it and found this thread and all else. So, right now, the possibility of having to chunk the car after a failure inverter may be plausible.

As insurance, should I get the G9200-52010 used, then test (maybe leave it installed, keep mine boxed up) ? I have seen prices at less than 300, used of course. Any comments?
