iPOD adaptor, anyone used this model before?

    Saw this on amazon, anyone ever used this model before?

    I have a 2006 Prius with the NAV and AUX port already there. I would really like to add something that would allow me to control my iPOD nano from the steering wheel controls already on my car.

    probably your best solution is a new head unit that is meant to work with an ipod. couple adapters needed so you can retain the steering wheel and touch screen functions.

    Yea, I am not going to put in a whole new head unit just to add an iPod when something like the above is available, seems like that is overkill.
