Is loose green tea too much trouble? I've been using teabags myself.

Darjeeling is the best, but most of the time I drink plain old Red Rose black tea.

Unless they drank Lipton's first ...

Completely true! Odd how it tastes like s*** when hot, but in a pitcher with ice cubes, tastes fine. Hmmmm

If it isn't banned under the Geneva Convention, it had *better* be!

If it's the Red Rose made in Canada, you're ok. If it's the Red Rose made in the US, be aware it could burst into flames at any moment. Also be aware that your home insurance is null and void if your place burns to the ground and they discover you had Red Rose inside ...

[My cute little rant based on other discussions of FPE circuit breakers and panels]

Culinary Teas out of Indiana has some quite interesting flavoured teas... proper flavoured teas not Celesital Seasonings hippie wannabe teas. :D

We buy 'em by the pound. Great stuff.

Anybody here have an opinion on Roobios "teas"?

Loose tea and a tea strainer. I drink very little tea though.

Since I've not seen them mentioned yet, Upton Tea Imports is one of the finest tea companies around. Mind-boggling selection that changes frequently. Oustanding service.

I have had Chatsford Pots with infuser baskets for both the home and the office for the past 5 or 6 years and they work great. Nice thick stoneware that retains heat well, and you pull the tea in the basket as soon as it's done steeping, so you never overextract. Tea goes right into the compost, infuser basket gets a rinse and you're ready to brew again.

The best tea, whether loose or bagged, is found on my boat on a beautiful clear morning, anchored at some remote island, far away from civilization and all the distractions of day to day life. A close second is morning tea at a small campground close to a climbing crag.

I had tried loose leaf tea and mostly I prefer to drink Oolong Tea from Teaswan website.

I hate those stupid little tea balls, especially cleaning them out. My tea loves to float freely and then I just use a tea strainer. Lotsa Yogi tea bags around for when I'm out and about. People always look at me weird when they see I carry my own tea bags in my purse. It almost always usually better than what I can get elsewhere, even in restaurants.

I also don't take my dirty clothes down to the creek and pound them on a rock.
