    The shopping portion of this site has vanished from being contactable - not sure if the business is still in operation or if someone there is out on leave or illness. Anyone heard anything?

    I went there and read most of the first page that came up.
    It still paints a glowing picture as though it is still a viable entity.
    Nothing could be farther from the truth.

    "glowing picture"? The best response to that is "Nothing could be farther from the truth."

    On the first page, I see 2 glowing pictures, 3 other topics, and 15 complaints (thread titles bolded):

    That is called a "Sticky Thread", it stays on top permanently, always ahead of the "Normal Threads". I can vouch for him really caring, and providing good service, back then. But it is now more than a dozen years old, and it seems the shop was later subcontracted out.
