Is there a Canadian mandate to replace their taxi fleet with prius's?

    Hey folks not living in the US and telling us how far they've driven their car: I'm going to continue a campaign of mine to promote the proper use of the metric system.

    1000 km = 1 Mm
    As in "I just passed 4 Mm on my 2009 Prius last week and hope to get another 196 Mm out of her before I look for my next car."

    I'm telling you,, metric time makes great sense,,, I have been pushong for it for years.

    10 second minutes,, ten minute hours, ten hour days, ten day weeks, ten month years... What could be simpler. Who needs FebRuary any way?

    Hmmm... For the very first time, I saw a Prius taxi in Toronto. However, I didn't recognize the colour scheme. (I didn't catch the name of the company.)

    Are there now Prius taxis operating out of Toronto, or would this just be one from another nearby city?
