...to see the info of your last trip after you have started another trip? Example; I always forget to see how I did on a 20 mile trip, then I stop to get lunch or something and BAM, I remember I forgot to check my last trip. Maybe I just need some Ginko?

There are many techniques to help improve your memory. Perhaps simply a Postit on your dash saying something like "Check your trip meter".

Yeah, I thought about putting a sticky note next to the power button. I'm in the habit of not checking because I already know I get 999 MPG on a trip that only uses the battery, which is the majority of trips. Since I'm in the habit of not checking, when I am curious about a trip I always forget.

I also forget to plug in because my wife does it whenever she rides with me. Since she does it often, I get into the habit of not doing it myself. Sometimes I'll even be thinking about plugging in as I park the car, but by the time I gather all my things and get out, I'm thinking about putting things away instead of plugging in.
