I followed some steps online to get my battery voltages, and it looks bad but I want to confirm.

I let the car sit for 30-40 minutes, then pressed the power button once (without pressing the brakes) and performed the steps to get to the Vehicle Signal Check Mode. This is the level that was displayed:

Then I pressed the power button once more (again without pressing the brakes) and got this output:

Is this a level I should be concerned about? Should I replace the battery?

Welcome. I don't necessarily trust that method, but it looks pretty grim. If you just stopped the car and left the lights off and now 30-40 minutes later this is the voltage, I'd say you'd better be getting yourself a new 12V battery very soon. Like maybe today. But before shelling out the dough, get it tested by a proper tester that will load it. That's more money than I care to spend without knowing for sure.

    Thanks.
Yeah, the lights all turn off automatically so they weren't draining it. Would the testing that AutoZone offers be fine or is there something else I should look for?

How OLD is this battery ?
What made you think it needs attention ?

That voltage is marginal. If the battery is more than 4 years old, just replace it.

Keeping it fully charged might get you a few more months of service.

I don't know how old it is. I bought the car this past spring. I'll take a look at the battery after work and see if it says.

"USA" is a pretty big place, but in nearly all of the lower 48, Old Man Winter is starting to harvest his yearly quota of over-ripe batteries....climate change notwithstanding.
This comes just in time for tow truck drivers to save for those last minute stocking stuffers!!

If you want to get every last possible vehicle-start out of the battery, then....yeah.
    Roll the dice!

However (comma!!) do not be surprised if Old Man Winter's first cousin, Murphy, comes to pay you a visit when you HAVE to be somewhere.
    Or...it's raining.
Or...you're leaving a watering hole at oh-dark-thirty in a sketch neighborhood.

    Me?

I've already had all of the thrills and excitement that I need for a while...... ;)

You can get a multi-meter at Harbor Freight for about $10 and sometimes free with another purchase.
That is a MUCH more versatile tool than the built-in screens.
Also available at WalMart and auto parts stores for a few bucks more.

With no load, 12.0 volts indicates about half discharged.
But with the test you did, you can't be sure how much load there was on it.

I wish the car didn't display battery voltage, lol. A volt meter will do in a pinch. For a decent DIY assessment, get something like a Solar BA9.

A measurement of 12.0, with a volt meter, after the car's sat overnight, would say to me: seriously depleted battery, maybe recoverable with a smart charger intervention, but I wouldn't give it long, would start researching replacement.

That is pretty much what I was trying to say a few posts back with the term MARGINAL.

Come on, Mendel. I know you aren't that dense.
(Or at least I think so.)

ALL battery "testers" use the various functions of a MULTI-METER to gauge the actual battery health.
Voltmeter and ammeter under various loads.
    That's it. No magic involved.
