Is this vent noise bad?

    Hi all.
    I notice a strange sound on my 2007 Pri when switching to and from air re-circulation mode.
    The two vents I was able to see visually (exterior intake and interior intake) seem to open and close properly. But after they close there's this whirring sound. Is there a third vent?
