    Right. How much do I need? I’m planning to mount on driver’s side in an easily accessible area for now.

    When I mounted our catch can to the front cross member, I only used 2 feet of hose:).

    So not much;).

    Good luck with your install(y).

    At around $1.50 a foot, doesn't hurt to get a bit too much. Run some other tube or whatever along the same route. To get a rough idea.

    Also, I forgot to ask this earlier, what order should I complete all these tasks in?

    I'm planning on doing: (in no particular order)
    Spark plugs
    OCC
    Intake manifold / throttle body cleaning
    PCV valve
    EGR cleaning
    Transaxle flush

    The order I would do knowing you are over 100 k miles (adding a job;)):
    • Egr cleaning
    • Intake manifold cleaning
    • PCV valve replacement
    • oCC install (go low:))
    • Engine coolant drain and fill (if not done or no records of it being performed)
    • Spark plugs
    The transaxle drain and fill can be done separately at a different time ;).

    Might wanna do the EGR/plugs at the same time ( because cowling is off )...and manifold/PCV at the same time ( because manifold is off ).

    That is my 'plan' anyways! :D

    I took a suggestion from @Mendel Leisk: when doing the EGR cooler cleaning, it's easiest to just drain some coolant from the radiator to minimize coolant loss when removing the EGR cooler. Since I was due for a coolant change anyway, I went ahead and just did a full drain of the cooling system. Then cleaned the EGR system and replaced plugs.

    I have my OCC installed at the same location behind the left headlight. I used about 4 ft for each hose.

    If mounting it low to the front cross member, you can fab a bracket, or use whatcha got;).

    I had a soup can layin around so I zip tied it to the front cross member, put some foam around the lip, then dropped the oil catch can in:).

    Been running good with this setup for over 8 k miles and no issues(y).
