    According to EV Sales: Japan March 2017 Prime/PHV is Japan's best selling plug-in car in March 2017 and also in calendar YTD:
    2781 units sold in March and 6011 in 2017 (start selling in February).
    Second place is Nissan Leaf with 1571 units in March and 4713 January - March.

    Worldwide CYTD Prime/PHV sales figure is BTW 10447.
