    Well I was surprised to see AutoLine Daily noticed the Ford Energi did well this month. Sad to say, they tried to present this as Ford having a dominat lead in plug-ins. But one month does not a trend make. A more interesting question is whether the June numbers were just more inventory being available or something else.

    Thanks Bob for this data.

    Here the gasoline price is around 5.50 CAD$ per US gallon. The Volt is getting really popular here this year. Tesla is also on the road, it makes sense to buy it if you do many many miles per year (> 40000), it will cost less money after a 5-6 years to own a Tesla. The guy who sold me his prius was doing 30000 miles / year and he bought a plug-in prius. He could have bought a Tesla, it would have taken 10 years but it would have paid itself.
