Just got my 15k service!

    All is good! They are also replacing the glovebox next week due to the TSB. I'm glad so it can finally stop rattling!

    Do you need to complaint about the glove box to have it replace? I'm almost at 15K service too.

    No I printed out the technical service bulletin and I did inform them that it did rattle at times. So I have to wait for it to come in so they can replace it.

    Are the 2012's the only C's covered? My 2013 rattles from time to time also.

    I don' think they are covered under the TSB. You should take ask them when you go in for your next service.

    I also noticed that I had a rattle, am not sure if the glove box is it, but it makes me wonder. I really dont have much stuff in my car to rattle. how do you check to see if this is the problem.

    Try to search the forum for the TSB. I would link it for you know but I gotta get to work. If you can't find it Iw ill send it to you. There is another rattle it's by the sunroof.
