As I type this, my fingers ache with each stroke of the keyboard. MAN, you guys weren't lying about sore fingers and bleeding cuticles. Wow. Just wow... Maybe I'm just weak, but the tips of my fingers have never hurt like this!

At any rate, I got both front seats installed with no problem. The rear seat, however, is a whole different animal... I must be missing something. Why are there so many holes in the rear bench set? Where do these holes go, and what's the purpose? It looks a little weird, because the holes expose the seat. I thought I had the wrong rear piece at first. Can anyone help?

I wish you the best. I'm at my wits end. Considering just returning them. hate to do it, because the fronts look great.

Also, on the rear bench, the little plugs that they tell you to remove. I can't get them back in. It's almost as if they're a "one use only" deal. Might have to go to the dealer tomorrow to grab some new ones.

The ones that hold the plastic panels below the rear seat in place? You push the center rod in to remove the clip, then to put them back you push the rod as far as it will go in the other direction (out through the face of the clip), put the clip back in the panel, then push the rod in flush to secure it.

Perhaps I'm just really dumb, but I tried that and it simply will not work.

yeah, those things are the devil!

sometimes when I go crazy after trying and trying, I end up removing the pin and pressing the bottom part in and then inserting the pin separately.

In your second picture you need to pull the center pin further out, so as to leave room for the four tabs to go back in the hole. Then push the pin back in to secure the fastener.

there are hooks that come in the instruction bag, when in place just hook them to the many points under the seat. anywhere really.. i lost one set of hooks and just looped the elastic on a metal wire under the seat, did the trick..

Pretty good fit and finish. I would have preferred the oem softer but at least these could be custom.

    Black PVC with grey stitching

    B2 (or others with PVC),
How is the comfort of the material with regard to:
    1) getting in after parked in hot sun
    2) I don't guess PVC breathes, so to speak, is there any persperation discomfort between seat and your back/legs?

Am I correct to assume that the perforated leather inserts would be a non issue about #2. Actually, Both our 'other cars have leather (non perforated) and they are not an issue, very comfortable. Would the PVC act/feel (don't mean to the touch here, but that is a good question too) just like non perforated leather I wonder?

They are very comfortable. Sweating is not an issue at all. But sweating is usually not an issue with me.

They do get warm after being in the hot sun but not scorching hot. Might even stay cooler than real leather seats.
