    Supreme what size are your wheels again?

    Never mind, I found your thread. 17x7. Thanks anyways. Does it matter if I buy rims first or lower my car first?

    Doesn't matter. Just be cognizant of the offset of your wheels when your car is lowered. The lower the offset, bigger chance that you'll have to stretch your tires and/or roll your fenders. Depending on the width of the wheel, you are probably safe from doing either of those unless you go less than 35-30mm offset.
