Keyfob doesn't work well after changing my 12v battery

    I changed my dying 12v battery but now my car doesn't recognize my keyfob unless I stick it in the slot. What do I need to do...I have the same problem with the second keyfob so I know it isn't a keyfob battery issue.

    Did you already check the SKS switch underneath the steering wheel?

    Thank you. That did the trick. How odd that this coincided with getting my 12v battery replaced.
