Keyfob works inside car, but not outside.

I am unable to lock/unlock doors. Smartsense stopped working. But, I am able to start the vehicle no problem and buttons work inside of the vehicle. Once I turn the car off it say “key not detected,” and the won’t let me lock the doors.

Yes, I have changed the battery twice, once from autozone, and sencondly at my Toyota dealership. I made an appointment to get the vehicle checked but its 3 weeks away. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
