    I see a new king has been crowned. Maybe CNW's next "study" will be "Leaf worse than Hummer", and we Prius owners will finally get some peace and quiet. Don't you know how awful Lithium mining is for the environment?! :D

    I thought that slogan was making fun of "believers", so I was a little surprised you posted it.

    But to create the right energy policies, I think the "believers" in California do themselves a disservice. If you pass laws because santa clause will reward you if your good, but then act differently because your privalaged and right it turns off the population. These greys believe in business and importing less gas. They belong with the "believers" to create a less oil intense future. I have to give points to a "denier" with solar panels and a leaf, over a beleiver politician that believes he/she needs his own guzzler limo to the energy conference.

    Can't everyone that wants green cars just get along.

    He came up with that? I assumed that he just got it from South Park's "Smug Alert!", where the Toyota Prius was called the "Toyonda Pious".

    It's available online here. It's not terribly funny (too much potty humor), but it's worth watching just to be aware of it. The overall message isn't bad, I guess.

    Saw a nice little feature of the leaf was for Iphone users, they could have the car warmed up (i guess also cooled off ??) with a feature that allowed starting the car at a preset time (online with the internet i believe). The concept was you had the car plugged in to elecric outlet so you heat it up ahead of when you want to start...

    Yep. It's called the Carwings App and it allows you to remotely activate the Air-con to heat up or cool down the LEAF before you get in it to drive.
